Privacy policy

This explains what Ninja SMS keeps about you and why. We keep it to what running a prepaid service needs.

Last updated 11 October 2026

What we keep

  • Your email address and a hashed password (we cannot read your password).
  • Your purchases: the service, country, number, status, any code received, prices and refunds.
  • Your balance history: deposits, charges and refunds, and your deposit and payment references.
  • IP addresses and basic device information at sign-up, sign-in and purchase, for security and abuse prevention.
  • Your support messages and, if you turn it on, your two-factor settings (stored encrypted).

Why we keep it

To run your account, deliver codes, process deposits and refunds, answer support requests, prevent fraud and abuse, and meet legal and accounting obligations. We do not sell your data.

Who sees it

Staff see it to operate and support the service. Number supply and payment confirmation involve third-party providers, who receive only what they need to do that job. We disclose data where the law requires it.

Cookies

We use a single sign-in cookie to keep you logged in. We do not use it for advertising.

How long we keep it

We keep account and ledger records while your account exists and for as long afterwards as the law or legitimate security needs require. Security logs are kept for a limited period.

Your choices

You can ask for a copy of your data, a correction, or deletion of your account by contacting support. Some records, such as financial history, may have to be kept.

Changes

We may update this policy; the date above shows the latest version.
