Terms of service

Ninja SMS lets you rent a temporary virtual phone number for a chosen service and country and receive the verification SMS sent to it. We do not guarantee that a particular service will send a code, or that a number will be accepted by it.

You must provide a working email address and keep your password, API keys and two-factor codes secret. You are responsible for activity on your account. You must be old enough to enter a binding contract where you live.

The service is prepaid. You add funds to your balance by USDT (TRC-20) or by a manual deposit request, and each purchase is deducted from it. Prices are shown in US dollars; the price you pressed is the most you will be charged for that purchase.

Balances are for use on the service only. They are not transferable between accounts, cannot be withdrawn as cash and earn no interest. A deposit is credited once it is confirmed or approved; blockchain fees and sending to the wrong address or network are your responsibility.

If no code is received, you can cancel the activation and the price is returned to your balance. Numbers that delivered a code are not refunded. The full terms are in the refund policy.

You may not use the service for anything illegal, fraudulent or abusive, including fraud, harassment, evading a ban you were rightly given, spam, or breaking the rules of the service you are verifying with. You may not resell access except through approved API access, abuse the API, or try to disrupt or probe the platform.

We may refuse, limit or close accounts that break these terms or put the platform at risk, and may keep or reverse balance obtained through abuse.

Stock, prices and delivery depend on third parties and change without notice. We aim to keep the service running and publish its state on the status page, but we do not promise uninterrupted service.

The service is provided as is. To the extent the law allows, our liability for any claim is limited to the balance you held or the amount you paid for the purchase concerned, and we are not liable for indirect losses such as lost accounts at third-party services.

We may update these terms; the date above shows the latest version, and continuing to use the service means you accept it. Questions go through the support section of your account.
