Refund policy
The short version: you pay for a code, not for a number. If Ninja SMS does not deliver one, you get the price back.

When you are refunded
If no SMS code is received on a number you bought, cancel the activation from your dashboard and the full price is returned to your balance. An activation that expires without a code is refunded in the same way.
When you are not
- A code was received on the number, even if the service later rejected it.
- You completed the activation, or used the number for a second window that delivered.
- Funds deposited to your balance and not spent: balances are not paid out as cash.
- Accounts closed for breaking the terms of service.
Where the money goes
Refunds are credited to your account balance, immediately, and can be spent on any other number. Because a refund returns to the balance it came from, it is not paid back to your card, wallet or bank.
Deposits that go wrong
If a deposit does not appear, open a support ticket with the payment reference or transaction hash. We will credit it once we can confirm it. Transfers sent to the wrong address or network may not be recoverable.
Questions
Contact support from your account and include the activation reference. We aim to answer promptly.
